Parent Connectors

New to Cambridge, new to Milton, new to Georgia, or all of the above... The challenges these changes can cause a student and their families are too numerous to list.

Having been through it 3 times as a Mom and 9 times as a child myself - I've experienced every challenge and bump and stressed out moment you can think of. I am happy to say - because of Parent Connectors your smooth experience is only an email away.

Parent Connectors is a group of existing Cambridge parents, in cooperation with school administrators and guidance counselors, who volunteer their time, talents, and knowledge to help make the transition to Cambridge as easy as possible. If you have a question about school devices, available course lists, afterschool activities, school programs, the grading system, attendance policy, CLAWS, sports, the Band, or ANYTHING Cambridge we are here to help. And because we are all (now) local we are even happy to share our recommendations for the best tacos around. - We may even be one of your new neighbors.

Please keep our email handy and reach out anytime with your questions.Cambridge.ParentConnectors@gmail.com

You can also find information about Parent Connectors and other programs available under the Students & Families / New Student and Families to Cambridge tab on the Cambridge website.

Please join us virtually as we welcome our first speaker Dr. Jeannine Jannot to kick off our Parent Coffee series.

Dr. Jannot is a fellow Cambridge HS parent and the owner of The Balanced Student LLC, and author of The Disintegrating Student. She will be addressing many of the concerns that we have as parents that have originated with our virtual return to school. She will also take some time to answer our questions and provide some much-needed guidance so we can be most supportive of our students at home.
