Eternal Strength Center for Radical Youth Work provides humanistic counseling/ psychotherapy, experiential mentoring and community connection for youth, young adults and families. Eternal Strength has a team of three incredible person-centered therapists and five amazing radical youth work mentors. Eternal Strength also provides immersive family and parent support.

This parent coffee will focus on parenting youth on the radical pilgrimage of developmental growth. Kara and Wes will explore youth maneuvering challenges such as anxiety, depression, social isolation, substance abuse and suicidality. Kara and Wes will focus on ways that Parents can relationally connect on deeper levels with their children and create and carve sacred space to be able to guide, support and positively influence their children to make healthy decisions and move towards holistic growth. Kara and Wes will focus on conscious parenting, family systems depth work and ways that parents can create community and provide one another with support and guidance all while doing their own growth work as individuals.
This is a parent coffee you won't want to miss. Parenting is one of the most challenging journeys of growth and Kara and Wes are going to talk at length about the holistic support services provided at Eternal Strength, while also taking a deep dive into what it means to be a parent in modern times and how we can best help guide and support our youth as they maneuvering their journey of growth and development.
