Please join us TUESDAY, June 9th at 10:00am in the Cambridge High School Media Center for a Special General PTSA Meeting. 

Per our bylaws and the Georgia Non Profit Code, this email serves as official notification of this meeting to our current membership.

The purpose of this meeting is to consider dissolution of the Cambridge High School PTSA, Local Unit #2682819, District 10, Georgia PTA. 

We will review our dissolution plan and vote on a proposal to dissolve; this will include distribution of remaining assets and immediate next steps related to transitioning to an independent non-profit: Cambridge Bears PTSO, Inc., an independent parent teacher student association. 

A representative from the Georgia PTA District 10 leadership will attend. 

Please arrive prior to 10am to enable us to check everyone in and begin on time. 

Our quorum for official PTSA business is 15 members; estimated timing is 30 minutes.
